Screen Tenants

We take care in choosing our tenants. We require a rental application, credit report, employment and income verification, history of criminal convictions, and tenant references from previous landlords.

Market Rent Assessments

Security Deposits

Once security deposits are collected, we hold your security deposit in a trust checking account until move out or forfeiture due to damages. Rent Collections

We are a company that is very firm about rent collections. Our rents are due on the first of the month, and considered late if not received in full by the fifth. We have a three-day notice to vacate policy for tenants who fail to pay rent. We believe that everyone should be able to afford a place to live, and work hard to make sure that our tenants can stay in their homes.
